Lakeland pups are very cute and fuzzy when little. They stay this way until they get their puppy coat stripped out starting at about 5 months of age. Stripping is done by hand pulling the coat with what is called a stripping blade. Once it is done they hardly shed at all for long periods of time. Below are photos of pups we have had in the past.
